Responsibilities
• Monitor the progress of Ground Handling Services (refueling, catering, cleaning) against turnaround schedules to identify potential delays early.
• Monitor ramp activities and aircraft ground movements from the AOCC.
• Support coordination between ramp operations, airlines, ground handling agents, and airside operations.
• Identify ramp operational issues, conflicts, or delays and report them to the Ramp Control Supervisor.
• Log ramp-related events, incidents, and operational updates accurately.
• Support implementation of ramp control instructions and coordination plans.
• Assist in managing ramp-related irregular operations and recovery activities.
• Maintain situational awareness of ramp status during normal and irregular operations.
• Support preparation of ramp status reports and shift handover documentation.
• Follow approved ramp control procedures and communication protocols.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors within the scope of ramp control activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ramp operations, airside operations, or airport operational coordination roles.
• Familiarity with Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) milestones and their impact on ramp efficiency.
• Knowledge of ramp operations and aircraft ground handling processes.
• Ability to monitor and report operational information accurately.
• Understanding of coordination between ramp, AOCC, and operational stakeholders.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
