Responsibilities
• Monitor the performance of third-party service providers (cleaning, trolleys, etc.) during the shift and report any service level gaps.
• Supervise frontline operational teams during assigned shifts and ensure tasks are carried out as planned.
• Monitor daily operational activities and service flow within terminal operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, instructions, and service standards.
• Identify operational issues, risks, or deviations and report them to the Duty Manager.
• Support the Duty Manager in managing incidents, disruptions, and operational escalations.
• Coordinate task allocation and workforce deployment during the shift.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of operational activities and incidents.
• Support effective shift handover through proper documentation and communication.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and support to operational staff when required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Duty Manager within the scope of operations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in terminal operations, airport services, or similar operational environments.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Knowledge of terminal operations and frontline service management.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate shift-based activities.
• Understanding of operational procedures and reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
