Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the impact of weather conditions or technical failures on airport capacity and initiate necessary operational adjustments.
• Manage AOCC operations during assigned shifts and ensure continuous monitoring of airport operational status.
• Act as the primary decision-maker during the shift for operational coordination and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with terminal operations, airside operations, airlines, ground handling agents, and support functions.
• Manage and escalate operational disruptions, delays, or incidents in accordance with escalation procedures.
• Supervise AOCC Duty Supervisors, Specialists, and Officers during the shift.
• Ensure effective implementation of AOCC procedures, communication protocols, and coordination plans.
• Review shift reports, operational logs, and incident records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support implementation of recovery actions during irregular operations.
• Ensure effective shift handover and continuity between shifts.
• Provide operational updates and recommendations to the AOCC Senior Manager.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management within the scope of AOCC operations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–9 years of experience in airport operations, operations control, or AOCC environments.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or duty management role is preferred.
• Understanding of Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) principles and their application in an airport environment.
• Strong knowledge of airport operations and control center coordination.
• Ability to manage operational issues and make decisions under time pressure.
• Understanding of escalation, reporting, and recovery processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
