Responsibilities
Transmed is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level help desk support for issues reported by business users. In this role you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our teams stay productive through reliable, responsive service delivered within agreed service levels (SLA).
Technical Support
• Install and configure computer hardware/software, printers, conference room equipment, and scanners within agreed SLA.
• Troubleshoot computer problems, determine the source (hardware, software, or network connection related), and advise on appropriate actions and solutions.
Data Backup
• Take daily backups for all systems to ensure business continuity.
Inventory Management
• Manage inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and advising management on ordering when necessary.
• Procure the needed IT equipment in line with the organization's procurement policy.

Qualifications
Academic Education & Professional Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
Operational & Managerial Experience
• 0–1 years of experience in an IT Support role.
