Key Responsibilities
* Manage and process room reservations via phone, email, online channels, and walk-in inquiries.
* Provide guests with accurate information regarding room availability, rates, promotions, and hotel services.
* Update and maintain reservation records in the property management system.
* Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
* Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
* Monitor booking trends and maximize occupancy through effective upselling techniques.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and reservation procedures.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
