Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure business needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications
### Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction, real estate development, or large-scale projects.
✔ Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
✔ Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
