Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead data-driven marketing and sales strategies based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and real-time performance insights.
Design and execute integrated growth strategies that align marketing, sales, and operations toward revenue expansion.
Build and manage high-impact marketing plans to accelerate overstock inventory turnover without brand dilution.
Own sales growth strategy, including conversion rate optimization, average order value (AOV) enhancement, and customer retention.
Analyze customer and product data to uncover actionable insights and translate them into scalable commercial strategies.
Define, track, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all sales and marketing channels.
Lead, train, and mentor marketing and sales teams to operate with a performance-driven and ownership mindset.
Oversee sales channels optimization to improve efficiency, reach, and profitability.
Manage product performance and lifecycle in coordination with merchandising and operations teams.
Lead influencer and partnership coordination, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and revenue goals.
Deliver clear, accurate figures reporting and forecasting to executive leadership.
Drive market expansion initiatives through data-backed decision-making and customer insight.
Champion a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring long-term value creation over short-term wins.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges rather than react to them.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with extended hours when required.
