Responsibilities
Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for parents and teachers’ associations on community-led initiatives , ensuring active participation and capacity building.
Develop and adapt training materials and tools that promote community ownership, resilience, and sustainable engagement in child protection and education activities.
Provide ongoing mentorship and technical guidance to community representatives, supporting them in designing and implementing locally driven initiatives aligned with project objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, capturing lessons learned and best practices to inform future community-led programming and strengthen local capacities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of work with local communities or Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs)
Experience in community engagement, school governance, and building partnerships
Skills in conflict management, basic mediation, and facilitating diverse groups
Experience in community mobilization and harnessing local resources, as well as planning initiatives
Knowledge of confidentiality principles (health, PSS, protection) and referral mechanisms
Ability to prepare simple work plans and facilitate practical exercises
Commitment to Child Protection Principles

Salary and Benefits
Please note that this is not an employment position. The selected candidate will be engaged under a service contract and will not be considered an employee of the organization.
Compensation will be provided on a per-session basis, at a rate of 7,300 New SYP per training session. Payment will be made based on the number of sessions successfully delivered and approved in accordance with the terms of the service contract.
