Responsibilities
User Research & Experience Design
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and stakeholder interviews to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Define user personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
• Validate design decisions through usability testing and feedback analysis.
UI Design & Prototyping
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
• Ensure visual consistency across products by following design systems and brand guidelines.
• Produce design assets and specifications ready for development handoff.
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to align design with requirements and technical constraints.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Design Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsiveness standards.
• Identify UX issues and propose improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Continuously refine designs to enhance user satisfaction and product performance.
• Contribute to UI/UX standards, guidelines, and best practices within the company.

Experience
• +3 – 6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital products or software development.
• Experience designing web, mobile, POS, or enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Professional Skills
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• UX/UI certifications or relevant training are a plus.
