Responsibilities
- Oversee all inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Maintain 100% data accuracy by executing and tracking all stock movements within the ERP and WMS networks.
- Lead regular cycle counts, physical audits, and stock reconciliations to eliminate discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Organize layout and storage spaces layout effectively to maximize warehouse capacity and workflow speed.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience in using (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong skills in tracking stock levels, auditing inventory, and generating daily/weekly operations reports.
