Responsibilities
• Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and cooling towers.
• Oversee maintenance of water treatment systems including potable water, wastewater, and water purification installations.
• Ensure system performance meets environmental, safety, and operational standards.
• Supervise HVAC and water treatment technicians and ensure effective workforce deployment.
• Monitor energy consumption and system efficiency and implement optimization measures.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee contractor activities related to HVAC and water treatment systems when applicable.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, system logs, and performance reports.
• Participate in risk assessments related to climate control and water system reliability.
• Support emergency response activities related to HVAC or water system failures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of HVAC and water treatment systems management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in HVAC or water treatment systems maintenance.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in airport or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and water treatment processes.
• Understanding of energy management and environmental compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage technical teams in operational environments.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance planning.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in HVAC or water treatment systems maintenance.
