Responsibilities
•Prepare detailed donor budgets in line with donor rules and internal guidelines
•Prepare financial sections of new proposals
•Revise and update project budgets based on implementation needs and approvals
•Track project expenditures regularly against approved budgets
•Monitor budget utilization and identify variances, risks, and funding gaps
•Ensure all project costs are correctly coded and allocated in the accounting system
•Prepare accurate and timely donor financial reports as per reporting requirements
•Reconcile donor reports with accounting records and investigate differences
•Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analysis, and data requests to support management decisions, donor requirements, and audit processes
•Maintain detailed supporting documents for all reported financial figures
•Coordinate closely with program teams on budget performance and forecasts
•Provide financial input to support project planning and decision-making
•Ensure full compliance with donor regulations and internal financial procedures
•Prepare financial data, schedules, and documentation for audits
•Provide original supporting documents and explanations during audit processes
•Maintain well-organized, complete, and audit-ready financial files

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•Minimum 4–6 years of experience in NGO/project finance
•Fluent in Arabic – English
•Advanced Excel skills

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the SAMS salary scale.
