Responsibilities
• Register and manage maintenance work orders within the CMMS system.
• Update asset records, maintenance histories, and equipment data.
• Coordinate with technical units to ensure accurate data entry and timely closure of work orders.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and notify relevant teams of upcoming tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation of corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Generate periodic maintenance reports and performance dashboards.
• Track maintenance KPIs including work order completion rates and response times.
• Support inventory and spare parts tracking within the CMMS system.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and system compliance with internal procedures.
• Assist in CMMS system improvements and updates when required.
• Provide basic CMMS user support and guidance to technical staff.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of maintenance data management.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance operations or CMMS administration.
• Experience within airport or large infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance management processes.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of technical systems and asset structures.
• Strong data entry accuracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
