Responsibilities
• Conduct regular "Safety Walks" and behavioral safety observations to promote a proactive safety culture among airport staff and contractors
• Supervise day-to-day occupational health and safety management activities across operational and support areas.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of OHS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Identify workplace hazards and support risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and report non-compliances.
• Coordinate investigation of workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Support development and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions related to OHS findings.
• Coordinate OHS inspections, assessments, and site visits.
• Maintain accurate OHS records, reports, and documentation.
• Support OHS awareness, training, and communication activities.
• Coordinate with IMS, operational departments, and external stakeholders on OHS matters.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to OHS management specialists.
• Escalate significant OHS risks or issues to the IMS Director as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of occupational health and safety management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in occupational health and safety management or related roles.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Familiarity with emergency response planning and the coordination of first aid and fire safety protocols in an airport environment.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and workplace risk management.
• Ability to identify hazards and support implementation of risk control measures.
• Understanding of incident investigation and corrective action processes.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
