Responsibilities
Objective 1: (Lead the feedback and response mechanism)
-Receive feedback and complaints from participants through all communication channels
-Provide an answer to participants and coordinate the response with other departments
-Follow up proactively on the implementation of the communication channels in the intervention areas.
-Analyze the trends of the FCR mechanism and create regular reports
Objective 2: (Lead the implementation of PDM`s)
-Remind the program teams on the bases about the times when the PDM has to be collected and ensure the data collection and data quality
-Create consolidated reports on PDM information
-Ensure proper follow up of the PDM cycle
Objective 3: (Lead the implementation of the PM-KOI indicator)
-Remind the program teams on the bases about the times when the PM-KOI has to be collected and ensure the data collection and data quality
-Create consolidated reports on PM-KOI information
-Ensure proper follow up of the PM-KOI cycle.
Objective 4: (Lead the implementation of the Satisfaction measure at mission level)
-Remind the program teams on the bases about the times when the Satisfaction surveys has to be collected and ensure the data collection and data quality
-Create consolidated reports on Satisfaction information
-Ensure proper follow up of the Satisfaction cycle.
Objective 5: (Field support and training)
-Ensure that the MEAL team on the field understand and applies the FCR, Satisfaction, PM-KOI and PDM tools correctly
-Support the field teams when needed in the implementation of FCR, Satisfaction, PM-KOI and PDM tools

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in (social sciences, statistics, or development) or any other relevant field.
-Previous field experience in assessment, data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, interviews, and report writing.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on communication with beneficiaries and community consultation / participation.
-Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI).
-Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
-Previous field experience in assessment, data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, interviews, and report writing.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on communication with beneficiaries and community consultation / participation.
-Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI).
-Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
Salary and Benefits
Contract period: 5 months renewable depending on fund & performance.
Salary/benefits: According to Action Against Hunger's salary scale and terms and conditions.
Duty station: Damascus.
