Responsibilities
The Case Worker is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing child protection cases for vulnerable children and adolescents, ensuring timely referrals, follow-up, and coordination with relevant service providers. The Case Worker will provide case management in accordance with national SOPs, organizational procedures, and child protection principles while working closely with the Project Psychologist, PSS Officer, and other project staff.

- Conduct outreach, identify vulnerable children and adolescents, and carry out comprehensive needs and risk assessments.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and regularly update individualized case management plans.
- Facilitate safe, timely, and appropriate referrals to specialized protection, health, education, legal, psychosocial, and other services, and ensure follow-up. 
- Monitor case progress, maintain regular contact with beneficiaries and caregivers, and support case closure in accordance with established procedures. 
- Maintain and regularly update the service mapping to support effective referrals. 
- Coordinate with caregivers, schools, community members, and service providers to ensure comprehensive support for at-risk children. 
- Participate in psychosocial support activities and caregiver sessions to identify protection concerns and provide case management support as needed. 
- Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and case management databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards. 
- Coordinate with the Project Psychologist on high-risk cases and immediately report safeguarding concerns in line with organizational policies. 
- Comply with safeguarding, PSEAH, confidentiality, and the organization's Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field. 
- At least 2 years of experience in case management, child protection, or social work. Previous experience with an NGO is an asset. 
- Previous experience in social cohesion projects is an asset. 
- Knowledge of child protection principles, referral pathways, and case management processes. 
- Strong communication, interviewing, documentation, and coordination skills. 
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with vulnerable populations.
- Fluency in the local language; Turkish and English are an asset. 

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Proven experience in case management (at least 2 years), particularly in the context of protection emergency response.
- Previous work in roles involving disability-related support, with the ability to enact referrals effectively and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
