Responsibilities
The MHM Volunteer will support the implementation of community-based protection activities by distributing MHM kits and facilitating approved culturally appropriate gender awareness materials provided by Plan International. Volunteers will work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and the Psychologist to ensure that the distributions and the sessions are delivered safely, consistently, and in line with project standards. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Attend and successfully complete all required project trainings. 
- Distribute MHM kits for women and girls in the project’s areas according to the Project’s schedule. 
- Deliver approved culturally appropriate gender awareness sessions using approved facilitation materials by Plan International. 
- Ensure sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and inclusive manner. 
- Maintain participant attendance records and complete all required Means of Verification (MoVs), reporting forms, and session documentation accurately and on time. 
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator regarding activity schedules and implementation. 
- Participate in supervision, monitoring visits, and refresher trainings. 
- Identify participants who may require additional support and report to the Psychologist according to established internal procedures. 
- Support beneficiary registration, data entry and participants follow-up. 
Be available to implement project activities according to the agreed workplan and implementation schedule. 
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, safeguarding, and PSEA policies.

The PSS Volunteer will support the implementation of community-based psychosocial support activities by facilitating approved semi-structured PSS sessions and awareness sessions using standardized guides provided during project training. Volunteers will work under the supervision of the PSS Officer and Project Psychologist to ensure activities are delivered safely, consistently, and in line with project standards. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Attend and successfully complete all required project training. 
- Deliver assigned semi-structured PSS sessions and awareness sessions using approved facilitation guides. 
- Ensure sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and inclusive manner. 
- Maintain participant attendance records and complete all required Means of Verification (MoVs), reporting forms, and session documentation accurately and on time. 
- Coordinate with the PSS Officer regarding activity schedules and implementation. 
- Participate in supervision, monitoring visits, and refresher training. 
- Identify participants who may require additional support and report to the PSS Officer/senior/team leader according to established referral procedures. 
- Support beneficiary registration, data entry, and participant follow-up. 
- Perform other project-related tasks assigned by the line manager within the scope of the position. 
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, safeguarding, and PSEA policies. 

Qualifications
- Minimum secondary school education. (university/ institute degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, Social Work, Education, or a related field is an asset). 
- Good communication and facilitation skills. 
- Previous Experience in community work or volunteering. Previous experience with NGO is an asset. 
- Ability to work respectfully with children, caregivers, women, and vulnerable groups. 
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and confidentiality. 
- Fluency in the local language (Turkish and English are an asset)
