Responsibilities
- Validate and reconcile amounts across invoices, vendor bills, and usage reports (e.g., AWS and other cloud platforms).
- Review and compare usage versus cost data from multiple sources, including cloud consoles, distributors, and internal accounts.
- Monitor and track profitability metrics to support financial decision-making.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in invoices or usage data on time.
- Prepare clear financial summaries and reconciliation reports.
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to follow up on billing and usage queries.
- Maintain organized records of reconciliations and correspondence to support audits and reviews.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date cash flow reports, giving the team a clear and accurate picture of where money is coming in and going out.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to organize, compare, and reconcile data from multiple sources simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- You've worked with or are willing to learn cloud billing tools like AWS Cost Explorer.
- You communicate clearly and follow through & vendors and teammates know they can count on you to close the loop.
Experience in a tech or cloud services environment is a definite plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
