Responsibilities
1- Manage end-to-end cargo operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipment processing, and compliance with aviation and cargo regulations.
2- Prepare cargo quotations, respond to RFQs and customer inquiries, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
3- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, GSAs, outstations, and internal departments to ensure smooth cargo handling and operational efficiency.
4- Issue and maintain all cargo-related documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), delivery orders, invoices, and shipment records.
5- Monitor inbound shipments and special cargo, ensuring compliance with shipment requirements, documentation standards, payment terms, and handling procedures.
6- Communicate shipment terms, Incoterms, import requirements, ETAs, and shipment updates while maintaining high levels of customer service.
7- Ensure full compliance with IATA regulations, company policies, and safety and security standards, while supporting contingency planning and operational problem-solving.
8- Promote cargo services and prepare operational reports, including cargo volumes, revenue performance, shipment statistics, and market trends.

Qualifications
. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration or related field.
. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air cargo operations, freight forwarding, airline cargo services, or cargo handling activities.
. Very good command of English (spoken and written).
. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
. Customer service orientation and good Communication skills.
