- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments

Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science or Equivalent.
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong expertise in Java (Java 11+)
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have
- Linux basic knowledge
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
