Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, live chat, phone calls, and email.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable mobility solution.
- Prepare quotations, follow up professionally, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering a premium customer experience.
- Promote upgrades and additional services when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury services, airlines, hotels, travel agencies, concierge services, or other VIP customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business, email, CRM systems, and online chat platforms.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury services, airlines, hotels, travel agencies, concierge services, or other VIP customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
