Responsibilities
•Develop and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules.
•Coordinate vehicle inspections, routine servicing, and emergency repairs.
•Monitor vehicle performance and resolve recurring mechanical issues.
•Maintain maintenance records and detailed service documentation.
•Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
•Ensure full compliance with safety, inspection, registration, and insurance requirements.
•Monitor fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime.
•Prepare maintenance reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Supervise mechanics and external maintenance contractors.
•Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to optimize fleet utilization.

Qualifications
•Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Fleet Management, or a related field.
•Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in fleet maintenance or vehicle management.
•Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, vehicle diagnostics, and fleet management systems.
•Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
