Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team in collecting quantitative and qualitative data using approved tools and methodologies.
Conduct surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and support focus group discussions under supervision.
Use approved digital data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox, ODK, and Excel.
Review collected data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency and report any issues to the supervisor.
Support data entry, organization, basic cleaning, and documentation of collected information.
Participate in field visits, assessments, and monitoring activities as assigned.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with respondents and community members.
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with SAMS policies, safeguarding, PSEA, Code of Conduct, and data protection requirements.
Report any challenges or concerns encountered during data collection to the supervisor.
Participate in relevant training and learning activities and apply feedback provided by the MEAL team.
Complete assigned data collection activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
Perform other relevant duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the internship.

Fresh graduates or students in their last two years of study from the below Specialities:
Statistics
Data Science
Information Management
Public Health
Social Sciences
Economics
Business Administration
Information Technology / Computer Science
Mathematics
Development Studies or a related field
Individuals who are eager to gain practical experience and develop their professional skills.
