Responsibilities
• Supervise on-site execution of architectural projects to ensure full compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Follow up on daily progress at the construction site and document each stage of implementation.
• Identify execution deviations or issues and coordinate with design teams and contractors to resolve them promptly.
• Prepare periodic reports outlining progress rates, obstacles, and recommended solutions.
• Coordinate continuously between design teams, execution teams, and project owners to ensure work proceeds according to the set schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings with high accuracy.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related engineering field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3Ds Max.
4. Strong understanding of on-site execution procedures and engineering standards.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve field issues.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
