Responsibilities
•Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
•Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide clear financial analysis to senior management.
•Manage the financial lifecycle of the luxury vehicle fleet, including depreciation, insurance, procurement, financing, and asset utilization.
•Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts while implementing effective cost-control and profitability improvement strategies.
•Monitor and optimize pricing, revenue streams, customer deposits, payment terms, and credit exposure to maximize profitability and minimize financial risk.
•Ensure compliance with applicable Syrian financial, tax, accounting, and corporate regulations.
•Monitor the financial performance of the Dubai operation and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and informed decision-making.
•Establish and maintain strong financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance standards.

Qualifications
1.Minimum 7 years of proven experience in finance or financial management, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, car rental, or other high-end service industries.
2.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3.Master's degree or professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred.
4.Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, cost control, and financial analysis.
5.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern ERP/accounting systems.
6.Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
7.Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
8.High level of integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
9.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, premium business environment and take full ownership of financial operations.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our operations office in Damascus, Syria, with responsibility for overseeing the financial operations of our Dubai market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s financial performance and supporting its continued growth. The role will oversee financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, fleet finance, profitability, cost control, risk management, and compliance, while providing strategic financial insight and ensuring strong financial discipline across the business.
