Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
* Develop and monitor project schedules in coordination with the Technical Office and ensure daily progress against planned targets.
* Manage subcontractors and site workforce, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and resolve coordination issues between teams.
* Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, local building codes, and quality requirements.
* Implement and monitor HSE procedures, conduct Toolbox Talks, and ensure proper reporting and handling of site incidents.
* Manage site materials, equipment, and warehouse activities, including material requests, receiving, storage, and movement.
* Monitor site costs, control waste, review subcontractor progress payments, and support effective budget management.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports covering completed works, manpower, site constraints, and overall project progress.
* Manage site risks, prevent potential delays, and inspect and approve completed works before critical activities such as concrete pouring or backfilling.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* 5–8 years of site construction experience, including at least 2 years as a Construction Manager on projects of similar size and complexity.
* Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and AutoCAD, with good knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
* Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects is preferred.
* OSHA or IOSH certification is an advantage; PMP certification is an additional plus.
* Strong leadership, site coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
