Responsibilities
* Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales plans and targets.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate showroom sales representatives.
* Manage customer leads, showroom inquiries, test drives, quotations, and vehicle deliveries.
* Monitor sales conversion rates, team performance, revenue, and profitability.
* Establish relationships with corporate, fleet, and individual customers.
* Coordinate vehicle pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and order planning.
* Work closely with marketing on launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and test-drive events.
* Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and pricing developments.
* Ensure compliance with the automotive brand’s sales and showroom standards.
* Coordinate with after-sales, finance, registration, and logistics teams.
* Prepare regular sales forecasts and management reports.

* Minimum five years of automotive sales experience, including at least two years in a managerial position.
* Strong knowledge of the Syrian automotive market.
* Proven record of achieving vehicle sales targets.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, planning, and customer-service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales-management systems.
* Fluency in Arabic and good professional English.
* Valid driving licence.
* Previous experience launching a new automotive brand is an advantage.
* Minimum five years of automotive sales experience, including at least two years in a managerial position.
* Strong knowledge of the Syrian automotive market.
* Proven record of achieving vehicle sales targets.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
