Responsibilities
* Manage all workshop and after-sales activities, including maintenance, diagnosis, repairs, inspections, and vehicle preparation.
* Establish service procedures, workflows, quality standards, and performance indicators.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate technicians, service advisers, and workshop personnel.
* Monitor workshop capacity, technician productivity, turnaround time, and first-time repair rates.
* Ensure proper preparation and control of job cards, estimates, approvals, and service records.
* Manage warranty claims according to manufacturer policies and documentation requirements.
* Ensure the availability, maintenance, and correct use of workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Coordinate with the spare-parts department to maintain parts availability and reduce repair delays.
* Conduct final quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and improve customer retention.
* Enforce health, safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
* Prepare operational, technical, warranty, and customer-satisfaction reports.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum five years of automotive after-sales or workshop experience, including managerial experience.
* Experience working with an authorised dealership or manufacturer-standard service centre.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, workshop operations, warranties, and quality control.
* Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicles is an advantage.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and customer-handling skills.
* Fluency in Arabic and good professional English.
* Proficiency in workshop-management software and Microsoft Office.
* Valid driving licence.
* Minimum five years of automotive after-sales or workshop experience, including managerial experience.
