Responsibilities
* Coordinate the receiving, inspection, counting, and recording of incoming goods.
* Verify quantities, expiry dates, product condition, and supporting documents.
* Organise products according to approved storage locations and conditions.
* Apply FIFO and FEFO inventory-rotation procedures.
* Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies.
* Prepare and coordinate store replenishment orders and stock transfers.
* Supervise picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in full inventory counts.
* Reconcile physical stock with warehouse-system records.
* Process returns and maintain complete supporting documentation.
* Coordinate with purchasing regarding delayed, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries.
* Coordinate with store management to ensure product availability.
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, safety, and food-storage standards.
* Prepare daily and periodic inventory and warehouse reports.

Qualifications
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum two years of warehouse or inventory-control experience.
* Experience in supermarkets, retail, food products, or FMCG is strongly preferred.
* Good knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, expiry control, and inventory-counting procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP systems.
* Strong organisational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
* High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
* Minimum two years of warehouse or inventory-control experience.
* Experience in supermarkets, retail, food products, or FMCG is strongly preferred.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
ZenMart is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations and ensure the accurate and timely supply of products to ZenMart stores. The position is responsible for receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, and coordination between the warehouse, stores, purchasing, transportation, and accounting teams.
