Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership or management position.
- Strong practical knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Experience managing HR teams and/or leading the HR function.
- Strong workforce planning and organizational skills.
- Experience working with HRIS, ERP, or other HR management systems is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Google Suite.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, make decisions, and work effectively with senior management and department heads.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems is a must, especially Odoo.

The role will oversee financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, fleet finance, profitability, cost control, risk management, and compliance, while providing strategic financial insight and ensuring strong financial discipline across the business.
