Responsibilities
Engaging with the target community and represent ZOA to local populations or representatives.
Collaborate with community members and representatives to facilitate the implementation of the project and proactively find solutions to any issues that may arise.
Participate in implementing ZOA projects and activities including registration and verification of beneficiaries and distributions as per the directions of the line manager.
Conduct vulnerability assessment through interviews, Field visits, key informant interviews,
questionnaires, and focused groups discussion with potential households.
Conduct market assessment through collecting information for local market and supply chains.
Participate in the field data collection activities, tracking survey progress and performance, resolving issues and challenges, and ensuring collected data quality and accuracy.
Assist in pre and post distribution monitoring (PDM) surveys, using KOBO or any other data software adopted by the organization.
Supervise and follow up on beneficiaries to ensure data recording (attendance lists, delivery notes, distribution lists, questionnaires, etc.).
Participate in all the project-related activities including but not limited to: data collection, data entry, distribution, follow-up and preparing reports.
Assist in answering phones and making the required phone calls.
Contribute in awareness raising campaigns.
Provide photos to document all the work stages of the project.
Archive hard copy and digital copies of the paperwork and documentation related to the ongoing and completed activities.
Report security or programmatic incidents to the line manager as per the organization policies and regulations.
Adhere to the organization Code of Conduct, policies, and regulations, and be accountable for its proper implementation by all team members.
Any other tasks assigned by the line manager (or delegated person) and related to project requirements.

Qualifications
Good knowledge of the Core Humanitarian Principles.
Respect for diversity and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
University/Institute student or graduate, Age 18 – 40 years old.
Experience in distribution activities will be considered as an additional asset.
Experience in conducting awareness sessions is a plus.
1 year experience in humanitarian sector is a plus.
Native Arabic speaker and essential English language skills.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Programs, in particular Word, Excel.
Good command on KOBO or similar applications is a plus.
Can work in a team or individually with minimum supervision.
Be reliable and punctual, trustworthy, respect confidentiality, have a non-judgmental approach, accept feedback.
Ability to learn quickly and to work under pressure with multitasks.
