Responsibilities
- Prevision Capacity Building: Manage and mentor field staff, conduct regular performance follow-ups, and deliver on-the-job training to strengthen technical and operational capacity.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation: Oversee field monitoring, verify activity progress, ensure accurate data collection, and prepare timely internal and donor reports.
- Coordination Representation: Coordinate with local authorities, partners, clusters, and internal departments to ensure harmonized implementation and effective problem-solving.
- Compliance, Safeguarding & Risk Management: Ensure all activities follow organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and risk mitigation measures, including safety protocols during field operations.
- Resource Supply Management: Monitor WASH materials, equipment, and procurement needs, ensuring proper utilization and timely delivery to field locations.
- Community Engagement: Support community mobilization, feedback mechanisms, and awareness sessions to strengthen participation and accountability.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or
WASH-related fields.
General Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in humanitarian or development programming. Proven experience in managing field operations and supervising teams
Technical Experience
Strong technical knowledge of WASH standards, Sphere guidelines, water supply systems, sanitation infrastructure, and hygiene promotion approaches. Experience in WASH assessments, activity planning, BoQs, technical supervision, and quality assurance. Familiarity with donor compliance, reporting, and monitoring tools.
Languages
Arabic: Fluent (required).
English: Good written and spoken proficiency (required for reporting and coordination).
Computing
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and engineering tools, cloud databases, and collecting data tools.
Analytical Skills
Strong ability to analyze field data, identify gaps, and propose practical technical solutions. Ability to assess risks, prioritize needs, and make evidence-based decisions.
Communication
Strong reporting, communication, negotiating, facilitating, and presenting skills. ability to coordinate effectively with communities, authorities, partners, and internal teams.
Management
Demonstrated ability to supervise field teams, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of activities. Experience in capacity building, coaching, and performance follow-up.
