Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain supplier product listings on the platform, including item names, descriptions, units, prices and images.
- Review supplier price lists and update product information accurately and on time.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and track invoices, commission calculations and supplier statements.
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances with suppliers and clients.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support the month-end closing process.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing of all financial and operational documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure data accuracy across all systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or data entry.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills .
- Experience with accounting software is a plus .
- Good command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or data entry.

- Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM.
- Ability to handle a high volume of data with accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the food and beverage or e-commerce sector is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
