Responsibilities
- Support the Center Manager in planning and organizing daily centre activities, schedules and services, ensuring timely implementation according to approved plans.
- Assist in ensuring that the centre is safe, clean, accessible and adequately prepared for activities, including the availability of required materials and equipment.
- Support the coordination of centre-based activities, including life skills, TVET/entrepreneurship, youth-led initiatives, sports for development and awareness activities, in coordination with relevant facilitators and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate attendance and participation records for adolescents, youth, facilitators and centre staff, and report attendance issues or barriers to the Center Manager.
- Support communication with adolescents, parents/caregivers and community members, provide information on available activities and help encourage participation, particularly among underserved groups.
- Assist in organizing outreach, community mobilization, meetings, events and youth engagement activities, ensuring that participants receive clear information on schedules and services.
- Support facilitators and centre staff with activity logistics, materials, room arrangements and other operational requirements.
- Collect participant feedback and communicate relevant concerns, suggestions or safeguarding issues to the Center Manager through established procedures.
- Assist with maintaining organized centre records, activity documentation and weekly reports, including participation, activities completed, challenges and follow-up actions.
- Support compliance with safeguarding, child protection, confidentiality, inclusion, code of conduct and safety procedures within the centre.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Education, Community Development, Youth Development or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, programme or community-based work, preferably in a youth, adolescent or community centre.
- Experience supporting activity coordination, attendance tracking, community outreach, event organization and field-level documentation.
- Experience working with adolescents, youth or vulnerable communities in humanitarian, development or recovery programmes is an advantage.
- Previous experience with NGOs/INGOs supported programmes, safeguarding and inclusive programming is desirable.
