Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect classrooms, activity areas, offices, toilets, common areas and surrounding facilities on a regular basis.
- Maintain hygiene of frequently used surfaces and ensure toilets and handwashing areas are clean and adequately supplied.
- Collect and dispose of waste safely and maintain the cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas.
- Safely use, handle and store cleaning and disinfection materials and equipment according to instructions.
- Support cleaning and preparation of the centre before and after activities, trainings and events.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages, damaged equipment, maintenance or safety concerns to the Center Manager.
- Follow health, hygiene, safety, safeguarding and infection-prevention procedures and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications
- Ability to read and write sufficiently to understand product instructions and safety procedures.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping or disinfection work.
- Previous experience in schools, community centres, humanitarian or NGO settings is an advantage.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection and basic hygiene practices.
- Safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Awareness of infection prevention and workplace safety.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties throughout working hours.
