Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
•Manage and oversee engineering, real estate and tourism projects through all stages of execution.
•Prepare detailed implementation plans, define priorities, phases and resource requirements for each project.
•Monitor site activities and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Oversee civil, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, external works and landscaping activities, as applicable to each project.
• Make timely executive decisions to resolve technical and site-related issues and prevent disruption to project progress.
•Coordinate activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant internal departments.
•Review actual progress against approved schedules and implement corrective measures where delays occur.
•Oversee testing, interim inspections, final inspections and the closure of outstanding works prior to final handover.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
•A professional project management certification, such as PMP or equivalent, is preferred.
•Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, construction, real estate, or project management, including at least 5 years in a senior project management or leadership role. Experience in tourism, hospitality, mixed-use developments, or large-scale real estate projects is highly desirable.
•Demonstrated experience in contractor and consultant management, scheduling, budgeting, claims and variation orders.
•A professional project management certification, such as PMP or equivalent, is preferred.
