- Collect, verify and regularly update vacancies and workforce needs in the project's vacancy database, and prepare the quarterly employer engagement and vacancy mapping report.
- With the Career Counselors, match profiled beneficiaries to vacancies, apprenticeships, workplace learning and other pathways, contributing to 2,000 beneficiaries receiving referral and job-matching support.
- Organize 12 employer coordination roundtables, four per governorate, to review labor demand, referral feedback and hiring results.
- With the Project Manager, organize 16 job fairs, career days and employer networking events using the ILO guide, each with at least 10 employers, 20 vacancies and 50 prepared beneficiaries, and submit each event report within 10 days.
- Follow up referrals, interviews and hiring decisions with employers and beneficiaries, and collect ILO-approved evidence (employer confirmation, contracts, payroll or business records) for 1,000 employment or self-employment outcomes, with the MEAL Officer.
- Coach nominated PES/DOSAL, TVET and chamber focal points in employer outreach, vacancy collection and follow-up, and hand over employer contacts and tools to them progressively.
