Responsibilities
- Control entry and keep a visitor log; only registered participants, staff, and authorized visitors enter.
- Open and close the center, and check doors, windows, electrical equipment, and the solar system at closing.
- Protect project assets, including laptops and solar equipment, and report any incident immediately.
- Know and apply the evacuation and emergency plan.
- Treat children and youth with respect, and never be alone with a child in a closed space.

HAND is officially registered and licensed to operate in Syria under License No. 173/2025 and is also registered and operational in Lebanon.
