- Oversee the full procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, RFQ management, bid analysis, and purchase order processing.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and strategic vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to maximize cost efficiency and value.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and support operational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Generate procurement reports and maintain accurate records, contracts, and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within the construction, real estate development, or large-scale project sectors.
- Proven expertise in supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and procurement best practices.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
