Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order preparation, and dispatch.
Oversee the proper handling, organization, and storage of FMCG products in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse accuracy to minimize discrepancies and losses.
Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management procedures.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient task allocation and productivity.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Conduct regular stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, hygiene requirements, and product storage conditions.
Prepare operational reports covering inventory, warehouse performance, stock discrepancies, and dispatch activities.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and operational processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership position.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership position.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
