Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure financial stability.
Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct regular budget-versus-actual analysis.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and relevant financial institutions.
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and profitability enhancement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are considered a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial management principles.
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable local accounting regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior management.
