Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in conducting EORE, NTS or any other experience educating people in Northwest/central Syria.
High School Diploma
Certificate on EORE, NTS and other relevant corticates.

Essential Experience
Previous experience in conducting training/Sessions to children and adults of different ages.
Demonstrated experience as a trainer, facilitator Community focal points.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to adapt to changing environments and develop creative solutions to emerging community safety challenges.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in challenging field conditions
Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken Arabic, with strong English language skills highly desirable.
Proficient in Windows operating systems, MS Office packages and E-mail.
Maps and GIS skills
