Types memos, letters, e-mails, and prepares documents and power point presentations in English.
- Maintains and processes documents for the Management review and signature.
- Manages the daily and weekly schedule and maintains the GM calendar and appointment
- Translation English and Arabic.
- Responsible for the communication inside and outside company
- Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipate needed supplies
- Completing a Purchase Order for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies when delivered.
- Maintains administration filing system in hard and soft copies.
- Office tasks (filling, data entry)
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries, and perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by Senior Management, attend meetings in order to record minutes, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping.
