Responsibilities
1- Assist in ensuring that youth priorities are integrated in organization's areas of work
- Intensively work on promotion of effective community and youth participation in program implementation;
- Facilitate regular meetings of youth groups with the Coordination with the Coordination bodies of NGO's for providing directions on local project development, implementation and monitoring;
- Provide support to build capacity (skills, leadership, management, etc.)
2- Administrative and financial Monitoring
- Follow up on the submission of financial reports.
- Follow up on implementing procedures to ensure timely submission of all tools and progress reports.
- Assist in monitoring projects expenditures and disbursements to ensure delivery is in line with approved budgets and to realize targeted delivery levels;

Qualifications
- Minimum High Institutional Diploma. University Degree is preferable;
- University degree Business Administration, Public Administration or any other relevant degree

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Three years of working experience, preferably in the fields of youth
- Proven experience in dealing with local government challenges; with special emphasis to youth initiatives
