1. Assist in handling certain requests and requirements requested by RG management internally within Telecom Regulatory Affairs Section and with Syriatel departments and regulatory bodies, follow them up closely, provide feedback regularly, and escalate issues when needed.
2. Scan, register, and index Section’s correspondences whether they are strategic or routine
3. Check and classify with Head of Section the types of requests & correspondences whether they are strategic or routine.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing routine requests and correspondences (that have predefined steps or procedures), follow them up closely, provide feedback regularly, and escalate issues when needed.
5. Receive and submit correspondences from external parties and complete signature cycle within Syriatel departments.
6. Coordinate within the Section to prepare and update Section's database for incoming and outgoing correspondences and requests.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration/ Telecom Engineering.
2. Experience: 1 year administrative experience is a plus, preferably in Telecom.
