1. Handle requests and requirements related to infrastructure: transmission links (E1, STM, GSM, MW, Mast), fiber optics, electricity, spaces reservation, solar system, equipment disposal with external entities in coordination with concerned departments, follow them up, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
2. Handle requests and requirements related to access to telecom main facilities (entrance approval, and other approvals) upon concerned departments' request with external entities, follow them up, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
3. Handle requests related to financial claims within the scope of Telecom Operations Section and prepare related correspondences of payment/objection in coordination with concerned departments.
4. Arrange and coordinate meetings with concerned within telecom operations scope, follow up the implementation of the agreed action points, and escalate pending actions when needed.
5. Conduct field visits with the concerned in Syriatel depts. and external entities to handle the requests on-site and sustain professional relationships.
6. Prepare and submit weekly status and progress report to Head of Section.
7. Establish and maintain professional relationship between Syriatel and related external entities.
8. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
9. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor Degree is required, preferably in Telecom Engineering/ Business Administration.
2. Experience: 1 to 2 years GSM TC Support experience is a plus.
