The incumbent for this position is responsible for hiring, developing and looking after employees and responsible for tasks related but not limited to personnel, recruitment, training, performance management in addition to employee benefits

Successful Candidates should have:
• Commercial intermediate institute, business administration or any other relevant study.
• At least (1) one year experience in the same or any relevant field.
• Good communication skills, good organization and follow-up.
• Customer service skill, accuracy, and archiving.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), and good English level writing and speaking.
• Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Ability to work in confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure.
• Completed or exempted from military service (for males candidates).
• Must be a citizen or living in Damascus.
• Must have the Syrian nationality.

The First MicroFinance Institution (FMFI-Syria) is a legal and independent entity established by the Agha Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM). Its mandate is to alleviate poverty, diminish the vulnerability of poor populations, and reduce economic and social exclusion by establishing sustainable institutions that extend a broad range of innovative financial services to underserved population. FMFI-S services cover seven governorates through eight branches and six service units in Damascus, Sweida, Aleppo, Lattakia, Tartous, Salamieh, Masyaf, and Homs.
