Primary Duties:
• Enter Data on ERP & CRM Systems.
• Extract data from ERP and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Review sales and operations schedules and task statuses.
• Review shipment and order details to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Follow-up with sales and operations team to update data, ensure task completion, and resolve problems.
• Prepare daily task-list for sales & operations teams.
• Coordinate between sales and operations teams.
• Prepare and follow-up on quotations, maintenance requests as received.
• Coordinate with operations team.
• Respond to client and internal communications and requests and escalate accordingly when needed.
• Perform post-service follow-up with clients and record feedback.
Other Tasks:
• Maintaining sales & operations data, documents, and reports.
• Develop and prepare complex reports and analyses are requested.

Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics field preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP Systems (preferably SAP).
