Responsibilities
The Inclusion and Rehabilitation Supervisor will be in charge of the overall implementation, coordination, and supervision of the community center's Inclusion and Rehabilitation program. The individual will be accountable to the children with disabilities, caregivers, and the community. He or she will be in responsible for developing, updating technical tools and materials. The individual will collaborate with the protection coordinator to assess needs and develop innovative, high-quality interventions and programs. He or she will support the inclusion and rehabilitation team with administrative functions.

- Providing technical support, leadership and training to the Inclusion and Rehabilitation specialists, Educational Supervisors and PSS councilors who work with children in inclusion and rehabilitation programs and activities, as well as being available to assist when necessary.
- Advise and be engaged with the Inclusion and Rehabilitation specialist to ensure the inclusion of disabled children in indoor recreational activities and to prevent harm.
- Develop, strengthen, and communicate lessons learned on program-wide best practices.
- monitor the inclusion and rehabilitation program's and activities' progress and impact
- Develop tools for testing progress and impact and updating them accordingly.
- Prepare a quartier report in order to address the program. The impact and the difficulties.
- Do a review of the IEP and BMP to ensure that they are consistent with the inclusion and rehabilitation approach and activities.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation (MEAL) to ensure that inclusion and rehabilitation activities are accessible to children living with disabilities and that the program satisfy intended outcomes.
- Maintain a monthly checklist of observations to evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion and rehabilitation activities.
- Collaborate with caseworkers to ensure that beneficiaries are referred effectively and timely.
- Maintaining an up-to-date service mapping for disability services
- Coordinating with external service providers to ensure the most efficient referrals.
- Contribute to the development and/or adaptation of technical intervention tools, such as training materials, assessment tools, and progress indicators.
- Train and support the team on the effective use of tools.
- Leading the inclusion and rehabilitation team and ensure smooth transition across the services.
- Contribute to the development of initiatives for the inclusion of senior citizens in community activities (create safety and inclusive environment for them in IMC activities and program)
- Developing relevant tools materials/documentation/training and reporting for training and follow-up actions)
- Contribute to the development of high quality program and interventions relevant to Inclusion and rehabilitation
- Prepare program activity reports, weekly updates.

Caregivers and Parenting skills
- Compile program data
- Attend sessions and observe CST facilitators in action
- Attend sessions and observe how CST facilitators are conducting the training
- Train facilitator , specialists and other CST program staff
- Ensure that all data is entered correctly and on time.
- Coordination and supervision of the CST Program through the following methods.

Other responsibilities include the following:
- Case management of children who have developmental abnormalities or delays (evaluation/development of an educational plan/implementation of sessions with children).
- Apply Emotional and Positive Parenting skills sessions in the Emotional program


Qualifications
- Master Degree in Special Education or Bachelor Degree in Special Education
- At least 2 years of Experience similar or related job for Master Degree in Special Education.
- At least four years of experience in similar or related job for a bachelor's degree holder.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of disabilities, from mild or moderate to severe, and have experience supporting students with a wide range of educational and support needs.
- Demonstrated experience in program design and project management
- Experience working in NGOs
- Prior leadership, supervision, and teamwork experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the Best Interest of the Child principle and its application in the context of disability.
- Good command of English ( Oral and written)
