Responsibilities
• Assist in the coordination of qualitative and quantitative data collection processes such as survey, focus group discussions (FGD), interviews, and similar activities
• For assigned projects, assist the MEAL Team Leader and MEAL officer to define M&E plans for each project, log frames, and targets, implement the donor’s requirements.
• Conduct data entry and cleaning of data and analysis in programme databases
• Assist in preparation of trainings to project staff on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning
• Assist the MEAL Team Leader in development and implementation of M&E tools according to project log frame
• Provide regular reports and data to the MEAL Officer/Team Leader as well as programme teams to help in activity delivery.
• Organize, collect, compile, and document all program and MEAL-related data and files, ensuring that all records are properly organized and stored
• Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications
• Experience working with excel, preferably advanced skills in excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, kobo toolbox, ODK and report writing.
• Knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative data management techniques including skillful use of SPSS,EXCEL software’s
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools, data quality assurance, quantitative and qualitative data analysis and M&E report writing.
• Knowledge of the humanitarian system.
• Fluent In Both English and Arabic.
• A minimum Bachelor/ diploma level in Social Science related – Statistics, social work, sociology or equivalent field experience
• At least 1 and ½ years working with M&E for non-government organizations in Syria
